Made from scrap metal and an electrical welder, Rockstar is a creative outgrowth of the air conditioning business Nazarov went into before he was painting and sculpting professionally. Other scavenged materials woven into the work include nails, a plumbing chain, exhaust pipes and washers. Perched on a polished marble base, Rockstar is a generative sketch of an artist’s life.
